AchieveMents: We are NGO with many welfare and medical camps conducted every year in Assam. We are running a biotechnology and cell culture lab at Guwhaati IIT Biotech park since 2012. We have collaborated with Stanford university in the past and have ongoing collaboration with Jawaharlal Nehru university in India. Scientifically we have a good team of students, doctors, Scientist and volunteers who actively participate in ongoing research work. The leading work of the Ngo is in identifying the stem cells that hide M.tuberculosis and can act as a relapse source for the disease. Our team has published three scientific papers mentioned below. 1) Preclinical and Clinical Evidence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis Persistence in the Hypoxic Niche of Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells after Therapy.
