AchieveMents: 1. Digitally empowered 63,000 community health workers to track the health of 14 million beneficiaries during COVID-19 pandemic
2. Tracked health of 50,000 mothers and children longitudinally over 4 years in 400 villages of Udaipur Rajasthan. Data-driven follow-up of over 2000 severely malnourished children at the household level.
