AchieveMents: For young adult (18 ) Indian women, we have the Led By Accelerator program. Our cohort-based, year-long program helps Indian women develop professional skills through leadership workshops, personal branding tools, interview readiness preparation, and communication exercises so that they stand out in the job pool. So far we have 57 Fellows who have graduated from our program and thriving in one of three fields - corporate careers.
