AchieveMents: MANTHAN is a professionally managed social organization, working for last several years in the field of skill development in various states of India. Manthan is proud to have highly qualified and skilled technocrats working with true dedication for socio-economic upliftment of rural community and their economy through Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship development and has the adequate infrastructure and skilled manpower for imparting training programs. We are associated/partnered with NABARD/CAPART/MoRD/NIRD, BHEL etc. We have so far completed various projects with Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) and state government for skill development. The total trained beneficiaries are 21,000 out of which 16,000 are placed in various industries/companies.
