AchieveMents: We have been working since 2020 on palliative patient care, but registered as a trust in March 2022 after recommended by our colleagues in order to broaden our horizon as a legal working entity. We have looked for children who suffering life-limiting and life-threatening conditions and whose parents belonged to marginalized groups. We provided them medical as well as financial assistance. Basically, we work as a conduit between medical fraternity and patients in order to facilitate treatment.
