AchieveMents: PARIBARTAN’s expertise and experience. Paribartan has been emerged as a State Level NGO providing with Technical and Management Support and have 26 years of experience in intervention of issue based/ development initiatives. The organization is being recognized by its committed staffs, participatory management style, transparency, professional participatory approach and for long term clear vision and future perspective. PARIBARTAN has a pool of resourceful human capital to undertake research for the facilitation of rational planning and programme management. The team has successfully completed action research/implementation in partnering with national and international agencies. This apart the Core Team members have proficiency in conducting evaluation studies and in assessment of training needs and monitoring of training programme including hand holding support for on spot enrichment both in thematic as well as technical aspects. Paribartan expanded its ambit of operation beyond conventional work culture since 2009 and strategically engaged a pool of technical experts from diverse discipline/domain and have tie up with consulting agencies for importing technical expertise as and when required. Paribartan has successfully continuing as technical support agency in providing technical support to State and non State entities with support of Union. State, UN bodies and International donors in the context of waste management, meeting people’s health needs, ARSH, water and sanitation and. Paribartan undertakes training, capacity building and research activities in quality development programme management, rural development and related areas besides consultation for District Health Action Planning & technical support to NRHM as resource agency. The organization has good contact and networking with alliances, institutions and can import technical manpower and support from public, private and corporate sector at the time of need
