AchieveMents: « Women Self Help Groups, Youth Groups and Kisan Samitis are in all the target villages and they have their own saving & credit and inter-loaning initiatives. Some of the groups have started IGP initiatives like – Goatry, Fishery and NTFP Collection. « Awareness level is increased in the field of health, education, gram sabha, etc. « New leaderships are emerged hence village CBOs are managed properly « Organic farming is in practice « Deforestation is decreased « Near about 25 acres of agriculture land are developed and treated hence their production capacity is increased « 7 ponds have been deepened for livelihood aspects and irrigation purpose « 6 unused wells are made usable « 1 diversion check is constructed which treats 47 acres of land of 19 families « 1 stop dam is constructed which treats 250 acres of land of 40 families « 1 check dam is constructed which treats 200 acres of land of 50 families « Traditional seed management process is repracticed « 20 nadep compost tanks are made to prepare organic manure « People are initiating collective efforts for emerging issues « Gram Sabhas are conducted regularly « Peoples’ participation in Gram Sabha is increased, especially women participation in appreciable « People understanding their role and responsibilities in the Panchayat « People are in aware of their voting rights « Women have come forward to participate in the process of rural development and local elections « Women leaderships are emerged « Kitchen Garden initiatives are in practice « Health camps are conducted to provide basic information on health aspects and treatment to the sick people « Safe deliveries are conducted in the villages « Breast feeding are in practice « Knowledge on female health aspects are increased
