AchieveMents: Rangarang Sangam constituted with a basic aim to promote Handicraft, Women Power and Atrocities, Child Labour, Health Promotion, Sanitation and Rural Development Programs. With the basic idea that the effective messages to these problems will be through cultural activities, the society organizes regular Stage Shows, Nukkad Natak in rural as well as urban slum areas. We are promoting young Talents by organizing various cultural shows and awarding them by renowned personalities. Seminars have been conducted for promotion of Hindi Stage Shows. The society recently organized a KAVI Sammelan and Mushaira for the young talent in this field. The society is working for the promotion of old traditional plays which are almost vanishing from the cultural history of Indian Stage Plays. Handicraft cluster has been targeted in various districts like Barabanki, Raibareilly and other districts for promoting and training the current needs of the Handicraft market. A Handicraft Fair has been organized by the society for these artisans to promote their products. Health Awareness camps have been conducted in various districts of Uttar Pradesh. Skits have been performed on roadside Dhabas to educate truckers about AIDS awareness and protection methodology. With an ideology to educate the rural masses we are regularly conducting short plays to raise awareness to the issues like Women Empowerment, Sex Discrimination, Kanya Bhron Hatya, Dowry, Sanitation, Child Labour which has been appraised by the locals as well as different section of newspaper too. We are also focusing to implement the IT in rural areas through Internet Kiosk managed by the members of the society by which e-agriculture, e-health, e-culture can be implemented in the rural areas too. New agricultural techniques and the current market price can be delivered to farmers at their doorstep.
