The sanctioned amount was used for the capacity building for young girls and skill training of SHG members is in the project area. The tailoring classes for SHG members were conducted in village Pilpa. In Fatiabad village SHG Members were trained to make sweet box. Seminar for SHG members and for young girls were conducted on leadership. The purpose of skill training is to empower their economic status and increase their self-confidence. So that they may come out of their poverty.

In Noorpur Block of Bijnor District income generating programs were conducted. In 3 villages 90 SHG members were taught to make Phenyl and washing powder. The SHG members with much enthusiasm learnt, so that they were able to prepare the best quality of phenyl. Having made phenyl they empowered the other women to use the phenyl for cleanliness of their house and surrounding. for the marketing they promoted their own shg groups and their own local market.

In The year 2020 - 2021 the NGO is supported by the parent organization Generalate. The NGO has taken the skill training for income generating program among the SHG members and young girls. in a village 30 SHG members are given training to make Agarbati, and young girls are trained to make jewelry. SHG members are taken for exposure to a soap factory. This financial year is going on, not yet completed . its income and expenditure is not yet audited.
