Sahayta as an organization has reinvented itself in 2014 and working with great focus and renewed vigor. In the year 1995 it was the first organization of its kind in the state of Rajasthan and has since then been creating awareness on the Basic Life Saving (BLS) Course which covers handling injuries from top to toe, transporting the seriously injured in the correct manner at the earliest and also Cardio Pulmonary Cerebral Resuscitation (CPCR) method to restart the Heart and Lungs should they stop functioning. It thus serves the purpose of helping the needy, saving the life, and serving the humanity, fulfilling the objectives of CSR.
While practicing CPCR, the norms American Heart Association and European Resuscitation Council guidelines are finely- tuned with an Indian perspective. It plays a video clip for ideal grasp of the technique. Learning CPCR is a necessary adjunct to any module related to the Road Safety. Presently there is no awareness amongst the public and the officials regarding the manner of support public can give at the site of accident.
