AchieveMents: Has done achievements in rural development through various schemes of the State & Central Government schemes in imparting training to Rural women in handicrafts sector, giving them marketing exposure and in assisting them in design innovation. Has formed more women SHGs and made them formal by opening bank account. Has been providing technical support and handholding to the women in health issues and social sector and importantly in education, since operation. Creating awareness in challenges being faced by women and give them legal support. Creating awareness in women and child abuse. Coordinating with the district administration wherever necessary. For agriculture sector not much still in the villages we work hard and assist the farmers during flood and rainy season. We use to give vocation training (short term courses) in embroidery, tailoring, jute craft, etc so that the women folk at house could earn/substantiate their family expenditures. For education sector we use to impart in-home tuition to the children up to 5th class on free of cost. For the development of embroidery industry the organization has imparted training to maximum women of the rural and urban areas of Gujarat by installing required machineries for stitching etc, has identified more than 1000 handicrafts artisans in the state of Gujarat and issued Artisans Identity cards through the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts).
