Palliative care is an approach that improves the quality of life of patients and their families facing the problem associated with life-threatening illness, through the prevention and relief of suffering by means of early identification and impeccable assessment and treatment of pain and other problems, physical, psychosocial and spiritual. As per above said we were doing palliative care service and provding support for those who chronically ill and bed ridden.

Demand for more competent nurses to provide palliative care services was the key for the formation of this organization with a specific goal of imparting most up-to-date knowledge and skills to address the patients confronted by a number of diseases, community girls are encouraged to volunteer themselves in taking part in training and given the opportunity to
serve in their own community this will ensure development and sustainability from within through local participation and ownership.
