The project assessed case reports of various cancer patients for the period from 2011 to 2013 in the various cancer centres were taken for the study in these cancer about 2756 male and 2148 female patients with various cancers was found. Out of 2148 female cancer patients, 638 patients were found to be affected by breast cancer 606 were suffering from cervical cancer and remaining 904 patients were affected by other cancers like stomach head and neck vagina colon leukemia liver and lung

In this work a fast encoding algorithm for interation free fractal image coding using the techniques like vector quantization genetic algorithm and simulated annealing is proposed and implemented on four benchmark images First the range blocks were classified as either smooth or rough depending on the variance of the hlock This classification was very useful when the image had lot of smooth blocks So depending on the image and the partition a high compression ratio was achieved of this project
