AchieveMents: Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM) is a public charitable trust registered under the Societies Registration Act & Bombay Public Trust Act established in 1934. From humble beginning of Rashtriya Shala, trust has metamorforsed into large education hub in vile parle, suburb of mumbai. Trust has many education institutions under its umbrella which imparts education to more than 39000 students. Mithibai College is a flagship institute of the trust and was established in 1961. It is one of the largest multi faculty most saught college in Mumbai. College has been Accrediated by NAAC in February, 2016 and has been awarded A Grade with CGPA 3.57, which is highest amongst the non autonomous multi faculty colleges. The learning environment of the College is conducive to promoting congnitive and social development. The excellent infrastructure, support staff and motivated teachers contribute to the overall developments of the students. The Competent and Motivated teachers keep updated the subject knowledge and modify teaching methodology. The College has robust research culture and is exemplified by increased in number of teachers who completed the doctral research. With advancement in research there is continuous need for the improvement in infrastructure, teaching and research facilities. Management continuously upgrade the Infrastructure and teaching learning resources.
