AchieveMents: Promoted 98578 SHGs with 1182936 women and linked them with Banks for credit to start smaller bussiness - Received best award from NABARD for outstanding performance in SHG. Digitization of SHG programme helps SHGs to get financial benefits from banks and other govt. departments. this programme fulfils the mission of digital India. supported by through NABARD for Ramgarh Dist. Successfully Implementing Mahila Kisan Sashakti Karan Pariyojna for empowering 3300 women farmers who are actively engaged in Agriculture, operating own or family land or labouring for wages. SUPPORT is implementing five CFTs in five Block of Jharkhand. SUPPORT has developed innovative Successful livelihood models such as Annpurna model, 36x36 model, DSR, SRI, creeper with machan, Nadep Compost, Wormy Compost, Chilli value chain and VOs, federation of SHGs. Worked for Drinking water and sanitation as Block Resource Centre through SWSM, Jharkhand Govt. Promoted vaccinators for Backyard poultry in 1 Block of Ramgarh District and 5 blocks of Hazaribag District. In livestock promotion it has promoted pig rearing, goat rearing, duck rearing. in horticulture it has successfully implemented NHM programme in which 200 ha of Mango plantation was done in hazaribag district with Holy Cross SSC- promoting Diversion based irrigation with APFRO- promoting biodiversity with SPWD, RANCHI. In 500 acres of land mix horticulture was done in which Mango and Guava was planted through TDF WADI NABARD. Implementing Prototype Phase I water Harvesting , irrigation and land development- Successfully implemented six micro watershed under DPAP with DRDA, Hazaribag and Ramgarh - Livelihood programme in 10 tribal village where food security achived from seven months to ten months with collaboration with Sir Ratan Trust and CInI- Successfully implemented 35 water harvesting structure through MGNREGA in churchu block. 8 water harvesting structure and 7 wells through through TDF WADI NABARD project. 20 low lying wells through TATA trust. with colaboration with NABARD 12 farmers club have been formed. T&D variety of piglets were provided and adopted one village for holistic development.
