AchieveMents: They have established a society namely Tangyar Cultural Welfare Society , Tangyar Gonpa for preservation, restoration and development of the gonpa. The society has established a small library and collection of books and phothis in different subject. if the government has sanctioned grants, the society has a plan to purchase all the new publication of books in different subjects during the year 2014-15.
