It is extract of all such knowledge of having worked with marginalized and under-privileged communities. Idea to promote TGT was to consolidate and accentuate efforts to make small livestock based livelihoods a decent and remunerative professional by poor women headed families. There was a felt need to understand and address issues and challenges of small livestock (Goat/sheep/pig/birds) farmers and bring it at the center of development debate. Focus is to promote action research in partnership mode to undertake and share the learning generated amongst different stakeholders.
