AchieveMents: UNLEASHED RUTHLESS BRUTALITY ON 43 INDIANS. SOME OF THEM WERE TAKEN FROM THEIR HOMES AND SOME FROM THE CELLULAR JAIL. THEY WERE AT FIRST TAKEN TO HUMFREYGUNJ , A VILLAGE WHICH IS SOME TWENTY SEVEN KILOMETER OFF PORT BLAIR. AT HUMFREYGUNJ THEY WERE MADE TO STAND IN ROWS BY THE ARMY AND THEN SHOT DEAD BRUTALLY. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY INSTANCE OF CRUELTY BY THE JAPANESE FORCES. MANY MORE SUCH INSTANCES MOSTLY BETWEEN THE YEARS 1942-45 HAVE BEEN RECORDED WHICH EXPOSE THE INHUMANE CRUELTY OF THE ANGLO
