AchieveMents: The Tribal Development Foundation registered as a Public Charitable trust in the year 1999 is actively engaged in the Economic, Social and Cultural upliftment of the people of Arunachal Pradesh. It organizes different types of awareness cum Training programme on vocational skills. The Organisation is also actively engaged in the Health Sector and Vocational Training of Unemployed youth. It has two projects in advance stage of commissioning namely CMERI-TDF (CENTRAL MECHANICAL ENGINEERING REASEARCH INSTITUTE-TRIBAL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION) Centre for post Harvest & Processing Units of agriculture/ horticulture produce at Jengging & Ruksin under the funding agency from CMERI-Durgapur. Besides the above mentioned activities, the organization with the support from the Arunachal Pradesh State AIDs Control Society has been implementing Targeted Intervention Projects for : a) Core-composite (FSW & MSM) at Pasighat, b) Injecting Drug Users (IDUs) at Pasighat since Feb,2008 and c) Migrant Labourers at Ruksin & Pasighat, East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh since August, 2008. The Projects were monitored internally as well as at the APSACS and NACO level to eliminate any lacunae in delivery of the services as outlined under the projects so as to improve the performance in implementation of the project.
