The source of income of the people is mainly from agriculture. But due to failure of monsoon rain they are unable to run the family.
Keeping this in view we intend to give training to the rural SHG women in Non Farm Activity like Apparel Designing; there by creating an alternate source of income to them.

Formation of JLG and link them with the bank for getting financial assistance will play a significant role in the rural economy by providing gainful employment to a large number of small, marginal farmers and landless agricultural labourers and raising their economic status.

AchieveMents: With NABARDs assistance VECT NGO is promoting JLGs in 6 Blocks of Krishnagiri District in Support with Indian Bank, Bank of India and Syndicate Bank.
With the assistance from NABARD we have organised Financial Literacy Awareness Programs in Krishnagiri Dist.
In coordination with the Department of Horticulture we are organising Farmers Producer Organisation of Mango Growers in 6 Blocks of Krishnagiri district by forming FPO in these blocks
