AchieveMents: Women were motvated and formed into groups . they have collectively started savings on their own with their small amounts to avoid dependancy culture for basic needs . they collected the amount on their own and provided loans among them who are most needed for food cloths and health emergency problem. they collected small rate of interest for their loans and rotated the amount among them one after the other according to the need of the person.
