The resource persons were two headmasters from local schools and a social activist. During the workshop focus was also on recycling bio degradable waste for making compost and plantation. The women participated in developing a community plantation with initially planting 50 fruit bearing trees and they took a decision that they would maintain the plantation on a rotational basis.
