AchieveMents: HVM will be a purely voluntary, Non-governmental organization of people working in areas of natural and social science, and other who are committed to the view that science and technology should be an instrument for banishing poverty, disease and social backwardness in the country in general and Haryana in particular. With above perspective, it shall aim a. To spread scientific temper so that it becomes a way of life. b. To make science - science policy as well as research, people oriented. c. To seek self-reliance in the area of science and technology for the nation. d. To provide an additional outlet to scientists for creativity and to use their expertise in solving problems of their local community and environment. e. To establish & maintain state/district level resource centre(s) with appropriate rule and regulations to be framed by the Executive committee, to carry out resource development activities, and to provide all academic & technical resource support to related programmes in the state.
