AchieveMents: TOWARD is a reputed state-level Research oriented developmental organization, working towards sustainable development process through participatory efforts of development activities, training and research since 1994. It is having a strong Networking system all over the State and well equipped infrastructure facilities with a sufficient number of multi disciplinary faculties. It is a multi-disciplinary body, which focuses on the problems of poor, weaker, distressed and deprived sections of the society in the development, protection and conservation of natural resources, promotion of sustainable livelihood and protection of human rights at all levels. The Thrust areas of- TOWARD are as Follows :-  Research/ Evaluation/Impact Assessment Studies/ Seminars/ Workshops/ Baseline Survey etc.  Organizing Entrepreneurship Skill up gradation Training specially for poor and unemployed youth(women) for augmentation of their socio-economic status  Working for SHG-Promotion and Organizing Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) for creating employment opportunities for rural poor women, SC/ST and EWS people as well as for the poor artisans for revival of languishing crafts .  Marketing of Rural based products such as : Handicrafts / Handloom items and other Village Industries Products etc. by way of making arrangement with like minded agencies and also by participating in the exhibition and festivals.  We also undertake various awareness, educational and documentation activities for creating confidence and self status among the rural poor and neglected groups of women like : SC/ST/ Minority etc.  Undertaking various art & cultural programmes among the school and college students for preservation of traditional culture of our state and promotion of national integration and restoration of unity among the diversity & many more Need Based Action oriented Socio-economic and Development Research Studies are being conducted in the field of :- • Human Resource Development • Natural Resource Development • Social Survey and Studies • Feasibility Studies Processing of Data and documentation • Rural Development, • Women empowerment • Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, • Skill upgradation development, • Welfare activities for all round development of Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, OBC & Minorities • Educational Development, • Animal Welfare Activities, • Environmental Protection, • Eradication of untouchability, TOWARD has got enormous experience in the field of Research, Evaluation, Monitoring, Seminar, Workshop, Skill Up Gradation Training, Entrepreneurship Development Programme(EDP) ,Designing Development Training Of Languishing Tribal Art & Craft, Income Generation Programme For SHG Beneficiaries, Project Formulation & Documentation Works etc .
