CHARM ,Organised skill training programme on Organic Grower in Colabaration with Swadesi,Phulbani.60 tribal SHG women participate in this 30 days trainning programme.The teaching objective was to promate organic compost in their cultivation to inhance two times of product.This programme created an awarness among the other state holders on organic compost,in place of chemical furtilizer.
